We want you to love your UPPAbaby items, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed products. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the returns portal.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
